Chongqing Hailian Vocational Technical College (To be named Aviational Vocational College) was founded in 1999, which is approved by the Chongqing Municipal Government and registered in the Ministry of Education. The College is private funded and its nation-wide enrollment is endorsed by national students enrollment quota. The College is located in Huixin, Yubei District, Chongqing city,covering an area of 345.697 mu. In May, 2013, with the support of Chongqing Municipal Government, The College acquired 580 mu land in Chongqing Liangjiang Aviational Industry Garden for new campus building with the goal of training service personnel for aviation, research, service，management and manufacture.
